Is milk still healthy ?

-industrial system puts dairy cows inside on cement and gives them foods
they are not designed to eat—grain, soy, citrus peel cake and bakery
waste
...
-Milk from these industrial cows is shipped to milk factories, where lots
can go wrong. The largest milk poisoning in American history was in
1985. More than 5,000 people across three states fell ill after a
"pasteurization failure" at an Illinois plant.

-Many people, particularly children, cannot tolerate the stuff we call
milk. That’s because the pasteurization process deforms and denatures
the proteins in milks to such an extent that when we drink it, the body
mounts an immune response instead of deriving instant nourishment.

Things you must know about fat loss

1/ Starving just makes your body store more fat (fad diet never works)

2/ Fat provides energy for body, never eliminate fat from your diet. Instead, consume health fat like avocado, nuts, fish, olive but never ever consume too much of something.

3/ Never exercise with an empty stomach, it'll beak down your muscle for energy. The main point of exercise is to speed up metabolism, when you're hungry your metabolism goes down so be sure to eat before exercise.

4/ Water, water, water

5/ Enough sleep will make your body function well (8 hours per day)

6/ This is weird but breakfast is the main meal of the day, you should eat a big healthy breakfast instead of skipping it.

Flare and windmill, 1 year ago

My breakdance journey

Breakdancing is the most inspiring sport i ever experienced, even it's not considered as a sport but to my point of view, it's a lifestyle.
I started to be a powermover, tried to learn every kind of transition powermoves: flare, windmill, airflare, airchair spin. Nothing wrong with powermovers, it's just that they dont really dance compare to other style. Two years of training, flare and windmill is only stuff i got. Full of frustration with airflare, i switched gear by doing top rock, foot walk and style moves, it turned out really awesome. I experienced music flow in my body, started to felt the beats and tried to kill them :D.
After a period of time training in technique like airbaby, one handstand and airchair, my dancing level stepped into the next level. I had the ability to control my body weight effectively and i start to do powermoves more easier. Powermoves are kind of easy for me, why? Because i take it easily. Lots and lots of people practice powermoves in the wrong way, i dont have to practive everyday, i only train when i feel energetic or inspiring. If one day you wake up, you feel restlessly and it's your training day, kill it, take a day rest, do some stretchy exercise like spread your leg, breathing. And to me it's really work. Try it and leave comment below
Anyway, breakdance is not all about how many flare you can get or hand hop you can do, it's about be able to express yourself from music, so keep training but dont forget you always have music beating in you body. PEACE!!!
